Every machine includes a support QR code so users can contact Mid Cities Vending directly about a machine or transaction concern.

Can we give input on the products?

Yes. We welcome input from the location, and users can submit requests through the product-feedback QR code. Sales activity also helps guide future changes.

What does the location provide?

The location generally provides a suitable indoor placement, a standard electrical outlet, and reasonable service access. Cellular connectivity works for many placements. Guest Wi-Fi may only be requested for a heavily interior area where cellular reception is insufficient.
