Mid Cities Vending provides vending services in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. This site provides general information and gives visitors a way to contact us.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use this site.

We may update these terms from time to time. The last updated date above identifies the current version. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.

User Submissions

If you submit information through the site, you represent that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to provide it. You grant Mid Cities Vending a nonexclusive, royalty-free license to use the submitted information to respond to your inquiry and operate or improve our services. Submissions are not confidential unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mid Cities Vending disclaims all express or implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, and accuracy. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mid Cities Vending will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from use of, or inability to use, the site. Our total liability for any site-related claim will not exceed $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these provisions may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Mid Cities Vending and its owners, employees, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from misuse of the site, violation of these terms, or violation of law or third-party rights.

Governing Law and Venue

These terms are governed by Texas law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes arising from these terms or the site will be brought in a state or federal court located in Texas.

Severability

If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

Information We Collect

When you contact us or submit a form, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, company or location information, and anything else you include in your message.

We and our service providers may also collect device and browser type, IP address, approximate location, pages viewed, time spent on the site, referring or exit pages, and general usage or performance data. This information may be collected through cookies and similar technologies.

The Workplace Vending Assessment does not request or submit a company name, address, email, or workplace identity. Its calculation happens in your browser. If you copy a share link, the selected multiple-choice answer codes are included in that URL so the assessment can be restored.

How We Use Information

We may use information to:

How We Share Information

Cookies and Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand general site traffic, how visitors find the site, and which pages are useful. Unless you have previously opted out in the same browser, Google Analytics loads when you visit and may collect device and browser information, approximate location, pages viewed, referring pages, and other usage data through cookies and similar technologies. Google Signals and advertising-personalization features are disabled.

When analytics is enabled, the Workplace Vending Assessment may record whether the assessment was started or completed, the descriptive result and placement bands, and whether its share, print, or Dallas-Fort Worth service link was selected. Individual answers, workplace identity, company information, and addresses are not sent as assessment analytics events.

You can select Opt-out of analytics in the site footer at any time. The site stores that preference in your browser, stops future analytics collection from that browser, and attempts to remove existing Google Analytics cookies. Because Analytics loads when the page opens, the current page view may already have been collected before you opt out. Opting out does not prevent you from using the site, completing the Workplace Vending Assessment, or submitting the location-assessment form.

Your Communications and Choices

You may choose not to submit a form, though that may limit your ability to contact us through the site. You may also request that we update or delete information you provided.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Third-Party Links

The site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices and encourage you to review their policies before providing information.

Children's Privacy

The site is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information so we can delete it.
